Description 
 
During Narrating Structures: video mapping workshop, we introduce and practice projection mapping looking at the history of image projection, its language, techniques and its application in performances, installations and events. We will research and practice the techniques for the production of audiovisual projects in architectural spaces and objects and also its application in artistic and creative practice. We will look into the projected image not only as a technic so as language and artform.
Our research and practice will be with:
Image: Analog and digital ( vídeo/photo/ real-time/code)
Projection techniques: real-time and installations
Space: design and analysis
Application: scenic/ installation/ interactive
 
This workshop is targeted for artists, graphic designers, musicians, stage designers, architects…
We will finish with the presentation of the works developed during the workshop.
The workshop led by Blanca Regina is supported by MadMapper.
 
Note to the students:
Please bring your laptop and white materials to project onto.
Please register to all the sessions as they are connected, the workshop includes all the sessions.
